WPCreativePets provides comprehensive dog training to dogs of all sizes and breeds. We work predominately with rescued and adopted dogs from shelters or off the streets. We provide basic, intermediate, and advanced dog training. We specialize in working with abused, neglected, and traumatized dogs that have become anxious, shy, reactive, and/or aggressive both on and off-leash.
All training is done in the home and in the community to reach the goals and issues very unique and specific to each dog. Each plan and training approach is custom-tailored to each dog and their unique strengths and training needs.
WPCreativePets prides itself in offering discounted rates to foster parents and foster dogs of local area shelters that are interested in not only working with dogs who suffer from shelter syndrome, such as becoming shut down, depressed, reactive, or decompensated in the shelter setting and need a booster or additional training to ensure not only a happier dog, but a more well trained, responsive and rehabilitated dog that will also reduce the percentage of dogs returned to the shelter due to behavioral issues post-adoption.
